Bridal shower banner

Hi Everyone.
I will have  a few posts on this. My sister is getting married and I made the decorations for her shower.

Today I'm sharing the banner.

I used the Stampin Up top note die for the base of each letter and then used my cricut for the letters. To adhere them I used my Xyron sticker maker. I used mini clothes pins to hold the letter on. It kept falling off the wall so we moved it shortly after this :)

You complete me

This is my second post today. Click here to see my adorable Pinque Peacock project.

I'm here with an easy treat to share with a friend or loved one.

I used a treat bag from michaels and then added my washi taped wrapped bar. The blue layer wobbles for some fun and the sentiment and heart are from Jaded Blossom's nerd set.

Put Lips Here

Hi everyone :)
I have a quick and easy project for you today.

I bought these super cute paper straws at Pinque a Peacock and I used them to make this quick and easy project.  I wrapped the bottle with the ribbon and then inserted the straw. I added the bow and created this little tag to sit on the straw.

Flute fund

Hi everyone,
I have a fun Pinque Peacock project to share today. Princess Buttercup started playing the flute. We found one used and she is saving up by doing chores to pay me back for some of it.
So here's what I made.

So the jar was a candle jar and I washed it and took the label off. I got this cute butterflies paper stack at Joann and I used those papers. I spray painted the lid and then I used a spellbinders set to cut the labels. I inked everything and used my Xyron sticker maker to stick the labels to the jar. The letters are from October Afternoon. The bling was left over from my July Crafty Club Kit and I added some twine. The perfect finishing touch was my music embellishments from Pinque Peacock. I glued them on and then added some glitter to make them match the jar. Hope you like it.

Have a great day!

Here's the Story

Happy Friday.
I have a fun action wobbles project to share with you today.
So I found this red journal and I thought it needed to be altered.  I made the background with white cardstock and washi tape. I just kept layering it. Then I stamped the mustache and the sentiment. It's from a Teresa Collins set.  I punched it out with a punch and then glittered up the mustache and added the button. the whole circle is up on a wobble.
I love how it turned out. I plan on entering this into the Action Wobbles Challenge wonderful washi. I hope you join us.
Have a great weekend.

Pinque Peacock Crafty kit club

I am lucky enough to be one of the first people to have gotten the new Pinque Peacock mini crafty kit.
Here is a sample of some of the goodies.

So, I got kit A and I forgot to take a picture, but my kit had the paper mache pencil box, 1 sheet of 6x6 paper, 6 approx 6x12 sheets of tissue paper, 3 flowers, a mini mister, a cool metal leaf, bling, a little ribbon and a bottle cap.
To be honest I was a little scared. Only 1 piece of paper I didn't know what to do. My paint and glue were the only supplies I used not in the kit.
So here is what I came up with...

I started by painting it green and while the paint was dry on the top I smoothed the tissue paper on it.  On a few sides I mixed pink and green paint before adding the tissue paper.  I sealed it all with Mod Podge,  I wasn't sure how to create the look I wanted. I felt the 3 flowers werent enough to fill the top, so I made the other flowers out of my leftover tissue paper.
Here is a close up of the flowers.
These are the sides and the back.
I was so nervous the whole project but I love how it turned out. This is what I love about the crafty kit club. This isn't my usual style and it pushed me to think outside the box and push my crafty limits. I hope you get your kit today and don't forget to share what you make.

It's a beary birthday

Happy Friday!
I have a cute action wobble card to share with you today.

I used an old Close to My Heart kit that I have had for 6 months.  The image is from Miss Kate Cuttables, and she is on a wobble.  The stars are epiphany crafts epoxy shapes.  I am entering this in the Action Wobbles Challenge, shop your stash. Have a great weekend.

Uncle Sam Treat Jar

Happy 4th of July! I have a fun patriotic project for you today.
First I have to share my fun news. I am now a member of the action wobbles design team! Today is my first official post.

I started with a mason jar. I put Mod Podge about half way up the jar and then sprinkled glitter on it. I added some gemstone around the center of the  jar. I added some acrylic stars at the top. I found this red twine in the bottom of my box of ribbons and it was perfect. The final touch was Uncle Sam. I added a wobble to him and off he goes.

I hope you like him. Don't forget to enter the Action Wobbles challenge Here

I am also entering this in the Pinque Peacock challenge summer. Click Here for that one.
